IMDA and EnterpriseSG have extended the Start Digital initiative to provide more SMEs with the opportunity to build their foundational digital capabilities with easy-to-deploy solutions. These solutions, known as Start Digital Packs, are offered by five partners – DBS, Maybank, OCBC, UOB and Singtel. The packs are designed to help SMEs get a head start in going digital and can be used to kickstart their digital transformation.Start Digital Packs come with a range of features, including access to enterprise-grade cloud solutions, advice on cyber security best practices, and support for digital marketing strategies.
They also include access to data storage and analytics, customer relationship management systems, and digital payment services. This powerful suite of digital solutions can help SMEs to scale up and optimise their operations in an increasingly digitalised business environment.In addition to the Start Digital Packs, IMDA and EnterpriseSG have a range of other initiatives to support SMEs in their digital transformation journey. These include digitalisation grants, business advice sessions, and digital marketing workshops. All these resources are designed to help SMEs unlock their potential to become digital-ready and create a strong, digital-first business.
