The Productivity and Digitalisation Grant (PDG) is a resource support scheme under the Community Care Digital Transformation Plan (CCDTP) that is designed to help Community Care Organizations to adopt technology to improve productivity and optimize manpower. This grant provides co-funding to assist with the implementation of technology solutions that are in line with the Technology Directory Roadmap, which focuses on the domains of productivity and digitalization, the impact to the organization, the capabilities of the organization to execute the project, and the sustainability of the project.
It is a great opportunity to access additional funding to help with the adoption and implementation of technology solutions that can help to streamline processes, improve the quality of care and make the organization more efficient. It is also a way to support the sector transformation, as more organizations are embracing the use of technology to improve their services.
